Foursome Finder ("4SF", "we", "us") collects the information needed to help you schedule and coordinate golf with friends. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it.
2. Information You Provide
When you sign up, you provide your name, email, and zip code. As you use the app you may also add a profile photo, bio, handicap, home course, vibe tags, payment links, and availability windows. You may also post messages and activity that other members can see.
3. Information We Collect Automatically
We may collect device and usage data, such as how you interact with the app, to operate, maintain, and improve the service. Location is used only to suggest nearby courses when you choose to share it.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and maintain your account, show your availability to friends, deliver invitations and notifications, match you with nearby golfers, and provide the core scheduling features of the app. We do not sell your personal information.
5. What Others Can See
Your profile, availability, and tee times are visible to the friends and connections you choose, or to local players when you mark a round as public. Direct messages and chat threads are visible to the participants. You control what you share.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may edit or remove your profile details at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time — we confirm and complete those requests within 30 days.

The app may integrate with third-party services (such as calendar sync or payment links you choose to add). These services have their own privacy policies — Foursome Finder is not responsible for how they handle your data.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
9. Children's Privacy
Foursome Finder is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
