1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Foursome Finder ("4SF", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Foursome Finder Is
Foursome Finder is a scheduling and coordination tool only. We help golfers share availability, organize tee times, invite friends, and coordinate the logistics of a round. We do not own, operate, book, or guarantee any golf course, tee time, or reservation. Any booking is between you and the course.
3. Member-Generated Schedules
All availability, tee times, invitations, messages, and other content posted in the app are created by members — not by Foursome Finder. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or outcome of any member-generated schedule, invitation, or communication. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for verifying the details of any round before you show up.
4. No Liability for On-Course Incidents
Foursome Finder is not a party to any game arranged through the app and is not responsible for anything that happens on or around the course — including injury, property damage, disputes between players, weather conditions, course closures, or the conduct of any other golfer. You play at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety, equipment, and behavior, and for following the rules and policies of any course you visit.
5. Payments Between Players
Any payment, split, or settlement arranged through the app is a private matter between the players involved. Foursome Finder does not process, hold, or guarantee any funds and is not responsible for payment disputes, non-payment, or fraud. Always confirm costs and payment expectations before a round.
6. Conduct & Community Guidelines
Foursome Finder is a community of golfers. To keep it welcoming and safe for everyone, we expect all members to treat each other with respect — on and off the course.
The following are not allowed:
- Harassment — targeting, threatening, bullying, or repeatedly contacting another member who has asked you to stop.
- Spam & unwanted solicitation — sending promotional, sales, or solicitation messages to people you don't know, or flooding members with unwanted invitations.
- Inappropriate or offensive content — sharing abusive, hateful, sexual, or otherwise offensive content, or using the app to harass or demean others.
You can report any member who violates these guidelines from inside a direct-message thread. Foursome Finder reviews every report and reserves the right to warn, suspend, or remove any member who violates these Community Guidelines — at our discretion and without notice. Removal from Foursome Finder is final and at the sole discretion of Foursome Finder.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the app.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
